Job Description
TNC Aviation, a leading pilot training institute in Delhi since 2009, is seeking a passionate individual to join as a Passenger Service Agent. As part of our team, you will handle inbound calls and emails professionally, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of passenger service and airport operations.
