Job Description
About the Company: SN Travel is a leading outbound tour operator based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, also operating in Thailand. They specialize in organizing tour packages across South Asia, Dubai, Turkey, Africa, and more.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries regarding tickets, pricing, and schedules.
- Assess customer needs, provide suggestions, and book flights.
- Provide accurate visa information, coordinate with airlines, issue tickets, and inform clients of airport procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in reservation systems like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
- Familiarity with flight destinations, schedules, routes, fare types, and travel restrictions.
- Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Ability to work shifts, remotely, possess a Diploma in ticketing, and an IATA certification (preferred).
