Salary:
- Development Merchandiser: Gross Rs 120,00 – Rs 140,00
- Sr Development Merchandiser: Gross Rs 200,00 – Rs 220,00
Overview: Our client, a leading multinational apparel manufacturer, seeks talented individuals to drive product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies for new products
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams
- Conduct market research and oversee product development
- Manage key accounts and ensure compliance with standards
- Mentor junior team members
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, textile, or related field
- 3-5+ years experience in apparel merchandising
- Strong fabric sampling and costing knowledge
- Experience with Primark and Matalan preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
