Job Description
Job Role:
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Analyze financial data and provide insights
- Utilize accounting software for maintaining records
- Recommend improvements for financial systems
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Meet reporting deadlines for financial statements
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil
