Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Sectors to understand goals and digital transformation needs
- Manage digital transformation demand and capture requirements
- Conduct process mapping and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases and evaluate digital solutions
- Provide Project Management Office support and report on KPIs
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile Development preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Power Platform and data analysis tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
