Job Description
Our client, Quess Lanka, is looking for dynamic individuals with hotel industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Program and organization at the hotel.
- Enrol walk-in customers into the Membership.
- Collect data from hotels for potential Members.
- Build relationships with Members visiting hotels.
- Coordinate with hotel teams for reservations.
- Train hotel teams on company technology.
- Present Program performances to hotel teams.
- Maintain company information confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Ages 22-35 with a degree and 1 year of experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, with great presentation skills.
- Experience in luxury retail, hotels, aviation, banquets, or travel sales is a plus.
