Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Increase revenue and product penetrations through retail channels by executing effective sales campaigns to achieve sales and revenue targets set by the Management.
• Improve retail brand visibility by using updated marketing materials to create awareness and brand availability in customer/retailer mind.
• Monitor and manage partners, sub-dealers, distributors, and channel partners effectively to maintain 100% availability of products and services.
• Perform regular route visits, promotions, market audits, and understanding market behaviors to develop and increase relationships in the assigned territory.
• Assist and develop the staff at touchpoints and alternative partners for excellent customer experiences and increase cross-sell and upsell revenues.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should pass the G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
• Preference is given to candidates with a background in General Management/Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail/FMCG in a similar capacity.
• The candidate should possess skills in customer engagement, negotiation, team building, and selling.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala/English and proficiency in Tamil language are considered mandatory.
