Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Implement enrollment strategies, achieve targets, and increase program revenue.
- Guide students through enrollment and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective students.
- Oversee student registration process and improve service standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in student management and counseling preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
