Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Assistant Company Secretary. As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company secretary, assisting in the coordination and preparation of board meetings and minutes, and maintaining statutory records and registers. This is an on-site role located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of company secretarial practices and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
