Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist in creating and executing culinary masterpieces.
Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assisting with menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
