Job Description

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement:

• At least 3–6 years of experience in fund accounting, fund reporting, fund valuation, etc.
• CFA, CA, or MBA degree from a top-tier business school
• Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Finance fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of transactions and valuation of portfolio investments
• Preparation and review of various private credit funds
• Tracking of live cash balance and transactions
• Experience in capital calls and distribution notices
• Review of capital account statements and updating of documents
• Calculation of NAV, management fees, carried interest, and more
• Analysis of complex forms of financing
• Supporting the deal team in building credit summary reports
• Provision of QC support and maintaining trackers
• Knowledge of ILPA templates and strong accounting skills
• Booking of accruals/expenses and fees
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and e-Front/Investran tool (preferred)
