Job Description

Scope & Responsibilities

• Partner with various business units/divisions for financial insights and guidance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and statements.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee financial accounting systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and maximize profitability.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
• Stay updated on industry trends for adapting financial strategies.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
• Fully qualified CA/CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
