Job Description
Position: Supervisor
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Responsibilities:
- To handle CPV applications efficiently and ensure compliance
- Manage online and walk-in applicants
- Assist with time-bound visa applications
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Oversee application processing and data entry
Skills and knowledge required:
- Tamil and Sinhala language skills preferred
- Advanced level of English required
- Disciplined, organized, teamwork-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience in Customer Service is advantageous
