Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, is seeking a Technical Officer to maintain network operations and development services in Sri Lanka.
- Attend and rectify BSS, Transmission, and Power breakdowns
- Maintain communication with NOC for updates
- Available for 24×7 urgent maintenance
- Implement preventive actions
- Coordinate with Project Manager for development works
- Conduct UAT/Commissioning of sites
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain project progress updates
- Manage depot resources effectively
Requirements:
- NVQ/IVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics
- NDES/HNDE/NDT/Diploma in Technology/Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
