Responsibilities:
- Managing all business operations independently
- Maintaining contact with Mission, Finance, HR, and Administration functions
- Implementing effective controls for operational performance
- Ensuring security of operations and data
- Developing team members and providing necessary training
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed
- Experience in team management and process handling
- Ability to innovate and enhance procedures for increased productivity
- Good team player with adaptability
