Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, focuses on providing top-notch network operations and development services to drive digital connectivity in Sri Lanka.
The Job:
- Attend and rectify BSS, Transmission, and Power breakdowns in the depot area
- Maintain communication with NOC for updates on incidents
- Available 24×7 for urgent maintenance
- Implement preventive actions efficiently
- Ensure routine activities adhere to quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with Project Manager for schedule variations
- Participate in UAT/Commissioning of sites
- Track project progress and report to management
- Identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Maintain site details and resource accountability
The Person:
- NVQ / IVQ Level 5 in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Electronics
- NDES/ HNDE / NDT in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics
- Diploma in Technology / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
