Job Description
Metana is a pioneering ed-tech company seeking a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include task and calendar management, reporting, reminders, and department updates. Experience as a Personal Assistant is required, with knowledge of office systems and basic accounting tasks. Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, and accounting software is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and ability to work independently are essential. The position requires flexibility for late hours, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
