Role Description:
We’re hiring a full-time Operations Assistant in Colombo. Responsibilities include supplier coordination, booking accommodations, managing tour arrangements, implementing operational procedures, and assisting with budget management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred
- Previous travel industry or customer service experience desired
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English, MS Office proficient, knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourist attractions
- Ability to work independently and in a team, flexible with work hours
