Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing guest experience ensuring a warm welcome, addressing guest inquiries, and handling complaints efficiently to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities, including rooms, common areas, and dining areas
- Ensure all rooms, common areas, and amenities are cleaned and sanitized according to the highest hygiene standards
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure the property achieves the set budget
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, suppliers, local community, and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position at a Villa / Bungalow/ Boutique Property for at least 2 years
- Strong background in Food & Beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
- A positive “can-do” attitude
