Job Description
Emerald BPO Tech Pvt Ltd, a leading BPO company in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support with accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing data entry and maintaining records in databases.
- Creating reports and presentations using MS Excel.
- Performing other assigned administrative tasks.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learning of new processes and software.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Willingness to work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
