We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, seeking a Software Support Engineer for a prominent conglomerate with a global presence in over 40 countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving software issues at the database and code levels.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and developers, enhancing application functionality.
• Drive high-quality support by developing long-term solutions to software challenges.
• Analyze system problems and collaborate with developers on bug fixes and enhancements.
• Document resolutions, contribute to training materials, and assist in software maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, Java, Node.js, React, or Angular.
• Understanding of SDLC, debugging tools, and REST or SOAP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Preference for experience with SAP, CRM software, and ticketing systems.
