Responsibilities:
- Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame
- Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals
- Create / manage / nurture / maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
- Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to the respective Team Lead
- Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales / business development
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Resides in or around Colombo
