Job Description
We are a leading Recruitment Company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, searching for a Merchandiser – Bulk for one of the top apparel manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka.
Summary of the Job Role:
- Ensure on-time shipping delivery.
- Coordinate on-time sampling and production issues with customers.
- Monitor the shipping process.
- Oversee production and Fabric/Garment testing.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or CIM.
- Knowledge of Tech packs and Customer requirements.
- Understanding of Market trends and Client quality expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with 3rd party service providers.
