Job Description
As a Utility & Premises Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of utility systems and the upkeep of premises within our organization. Your main duties will include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing utility equipment such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing building maintenance, security, and safety protocols.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or a related field, along with relevant work experience in facilities management.
