Responsibilities:
- Manage product development, roadmaps, product offers, and campaigns for new and existing product portfolios.
- Increase and monetize the mCash B2B and B2C market segment.
- Enhance the KYC processes and oversee mitigation of any lapses.
- Develop and maintain user guides, reports, presentations, marketing content, and demonstrations.
- Improve transaction reporting processes through trainings and risk assessment initiatives.
- Report suspicious transactions and ensure regulatory compliance in system usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/ CIM/ SLIM Qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, fintech, or product/category management.
- Familiarity with internet, web-based applications, MS office packages, and business analytics.
- Compliance-related qualification and experience in audit firms, banks, or compliance divisions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Sinhala.
