About Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is a dedicated organic and fair-trade company based in Sri Lanka established in 1993. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Factory Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing production operations, ensuring timely production, maintaining food safety standards, and managing quality control staff. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Management, 3-5 years of production experience, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
