Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Sales to join our talented team at Cinnamon Bentota Beach. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
The Director of Sales will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing key accounts, and working closely with a dedicated sales team. This pivotal role involves leading our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the guest experience.
Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector? Are you skilled in communication, negotiation, and presentation? If so, we would love to hear from you and potentially welcome you to our dynamic Cinnamon family.
