Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Implementation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the central point of contact during projects.
- Create training materials and conduct client training on the solution.
- Assist the client in system testing and data migration.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Conduct business process analysis, design, and documentation for ERP software.
Requirements:
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Freshers passionate about the IT industry are encouraged to apply.
