• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch banking.
• Ideal candidates need five (05) Credits at GCE Ordinary Level including Mathematics and English and Three (03) Passes at GCE Advanced Level including General English.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Banking will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to branch credit is a plus.
• Smart, intelligent, and with a pleasing personality.
• Team player with good communication skills in English.
• IT literacy with proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil languages.
