Job Description
We are actively looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to become an integral part of our team as a Manager – Customer Service at Fly Lanka. Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of team management and provide leadership.
- Supervise ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and strict compliance with airline policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle intricate booking inquiries.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns, guaranteeing their satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze ticket sales data to pinpoint growth and enhancement possibilities.
- Foster collaboration with airline partners to ensure a smooth booking process.
- Coach and nurture training staff to meet performance and service benchmarks.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, promotions, and exclusive offers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of more than 5 years in the industry.
- Possession or familiarity with IATA/UFTAA is considered an additional asset.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal communication and adept problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in airline industry software and systems.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible hours, including weekends.
