Job Description
Job Summary: The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the IT sector. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of account management and sales experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
- Understand clients’ business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for excellent service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account status and sales performance.
- Exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT industry account management and sales.
- Solid understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and expand business.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
