Job Description

Location: Katunayaka
We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Executive to join our team at Gamage Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have a degree in clothing technology, physical science, engineering, or a diploma in work study from a recognized institute. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Check production schedules and analyze upcoming styles
- Analyze garment construction and suggest sewing methods
- Improve methods/processes to minimize SMV
- Monitor production parameters and efficiency
- Identify skills requirements and increase multi-skilled operators
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field or diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- GSD license is an advantage
- Proficient in English
