Role Description:
This full-time on-site position is for a Regional Manager in Kandy. Responsibilities include managing operations and sales in the region, leading sales teams, achieving targets, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends and providing reports to management are also key tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years sales experience, preferably in Lubricants or automotive field, with 3 years in Area Management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good grasp of the lubricants industry and fluency in English and Sinhala.
