Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Rumetiers Chicken Farm located in Kurunegala. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the management team to drive efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in agriculture or food industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
