Overview: The Training Manager oversees training and development programs within the hotel, ensuring staff have the skills for exceptional service. Collaborate with department heads to identify needs and implement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Assess needs through surveys and consultations.

Pre-requisites:
