Key Responsibilities
- Ocean Freight Operations
- Documentation for key accounts, mainly to USA/Canada
- Costing and invoicing
- Tracking shipments
- System updates as per SOP
Other Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Proficiency in English – spoken & written
- Gensoft logistic ERP system knowledge
- MS Office proficiency
- Industry knowledge on ocean export operations
- Hardworking personality with a growth mindset
