Job Description

Role Profile:

A good team player who works with a positive attitude to fulfill customers’ requirements from order placing to delivery.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• A good education background with a minimum of 3 passes in GCE (A/L) examination.
• 2 years’ experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Relations in a reputed Company.
• Good communication in English and local languages.
• High customer service mindset with good commercial sense.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order placing, Order Prioritization, and Order follow-ups.
• Answering customer calls, inquiries, and satisfying the customers.
• Attending to customer complaints and escalating complaints to relevant authorities.
• Building and developing close relationships with the customers.
