Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Planning: Receive and review design inputs, develop plans aligned with project design, ensure project plans meet requirements.
- Leadership in Project Operations Management: Review Project Execution Plans, lead the Project team, support cross-functional collaboration.
- Deviation Management: Identify gaps, execute action plans, document processes, facilitate O&M activities.
- Managing Project Inquiries and Complaints: Manage inquiries and complaints, implement sustainable action plans for complaint resolution.
- Post-Project Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Review site visit reports, ensure equipment quality, implement action plans for defects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, minimum 10 years track record in project management, strong leadership and team management skills.
- Master’s degree or chartered engineering qualification is an added advantage, minimum 5 years in the solar industry, knowledge of renewable energy regulations and best practices, proficiency in project management tools.
