Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Station Agent to join our team. As a Station Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing information about train schedules and routes.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
