Job Description

Applova Inc. is a fast-growing tech company offering innovative solutions for restaurants to transition into the mobile market. We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist in customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Assist customers in a seamless onboarding process
  • Setup customer menus in the system efficiently
  • Promptly respond to customer support requests via Email and calls
  • Collaborate with the team to provide necessary support to customers

Desired skills and experience:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Efficient Data Entry skills
  • Business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
  • Ability to understand technology and troubleshoot issues
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support
