Role Description:

This full-time position as an Operation Executive at MMBL Money Transfer involves overseeing daily operational activities, managing customer inquiries, analyzing performance, and ensuring efficient services. Located in Colombo.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in operations management and analytics
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
