About Applova

What you will be doing

  • Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience
  • Set up customers’ menus accurately
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests
  • Collaborate with the team to support customers effectively

What you need to have

  • Excellent English communication and analytical skills
  • Efficient data entry skills and customer service approach
  • Ability to understand technology and assist with problem-solving
