Position: Manager Finance

Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and risk management aspects of financial operations.
- Develop financial strategies and policies, ensuring robust control structures.
- Accountable for financial reporting, planning, analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Implement internal financial policies for compliance with statutory obligations.
- Supervise finance department functions related to branch operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance & Membership in a recognized accounting body or equivalent professional qualification.
- Over 10 years of financing experience with minimum 5 years in a managerial role at a bank or finance company.
- Solid understanding of business operations, risk-based auditing, regulatory/compliance requirements, and strong business acumen.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
