Job Description

We are ‘Vidullanka PLC’, a pioneer in the renewable energy industry in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a proactive and proficient engineer to join our team, dedicated to developing Hydro, Solar, Biomass, and Wind projects for a sustainable planet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of renewable energy projects
• Work with engineers, procurement, and contractors
• Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance
• Manage staff and contractors
• Evaluate project progress and metrics
• Implement construction methodologies
• Utilize project management software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with hydropower projects preferred
