Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Business Analyst with additional responsibilities in Quality Assurance Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in business analysis and quality assurance practices, coupled with a technical background that includes experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and familiarity with front-end technologies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure software quality, and contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements; develop functional specifications and system design documents; conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies; facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Quality Assurance Engineering: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases; perform manual and automated testing; identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes; conduct regression testing.
• Technical Collaboration: Assist in developing new features and enhancements; participate in code reviews; troubleshoot and debug issues; stay updated with emerging technologies.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, timelines, and budget management; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives; provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field, with experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Engineer.
• Knowledge of OOP concepts, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and relational databases.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, and familiarity with Angular, .Net Core, and Git (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) will be a PLUS
