Job Description
We Are Hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer at JFS Holdings Limited.
Qualifications:
- Be an Attorney at law.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in relevant field.
- Possess Notary License to practice in Colombo in English and Sinhala would be an added advantage.
- Possess commissioner for Oaths license.
- Possess the ability to work both independently and under supervision.
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.
- Ability to review and interpret legal documents with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Prior experience or internships in a legal role.
- Knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts is a plus.
