- Resolve order quality issues to ensure orders can be processed within policy guidelines.
- Partner with sales and other internal resources to acquire necessary information for accurate processing.
- Complete financial installation and equipment cancellation in Xerox systems.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment to meet department deadlines and goals.
- Ensure adherence to all business policies and procedures.
