Job Description

Hayleys Fentons is seeking an ambitious and strategic AGM to lead the business development unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and lead complex projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies
