Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Market Systems Development (MSD)/Value Chain Advisor to join our dynamic team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market systems development and value chain analysis.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing market-driven strategies, conducting value chain assessments, and providing technical expertise to improve market access for smallholder farmers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural value chain development, a deep understanding of Sri Lanka’s market systems, and strong analytical skills.
