Job Description
As we expand and grow our operation, we are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual for the position of Sales Manager to be based at our Head Office. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a passion for service excellence and the drive to deliver an experience of a lifetime to each of our guests along with the ability to work well within team dynamics. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are prerequisites. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the leisure/hospitality industry is desired.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
- Identifying, soliciting, and converting new & existing opportunities in the leisure market.
- Managing key agent accounts.
- Carrying out sales calls and agent/operator familiarization visits.
